Level 1

Outpatient Therapy — weekly individual or group sessions for ongoing support and skill-building.

Level 2

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — structured multi-day programming for a higher level of support.

Level 3

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) — comprehensive day treatment for those needing intensive care.
